MG ZR Timing Belt

Hi,

Can anyone advise me on when the timing belt should be replaced on an MG ZR 1.4. The car is a 2004 with almost 50k miles.

Tried googling but the only result I found said MG recommend it at 90k miles, this seems a bit high???
