50K miles or 5/6 years seems to be the accepted norm. Which makes mine due (on mileage) somewhere in the next three months or so...

I was told four years, and had it done then. Not worth risking it with cam belts. I've had two go on different cars, and one of them was a new engine job. As the K series isn't being made any more that could be tricky if yours goes.

Lots of confusion on this with Fs/TFs. Fs used to be 12k service with the belts at 5yrs/60k. TFs are 15k service with belts at 4years/60k. Its the same part number so I suspect MGR just based it on mileage and the years sort of followed by default. At the end of the day it is your choice or gamble smile

ZR Cambelt schedules are every 6 years or 90,000 miles.
