1997 MGF Headlamps

Guys, Not on this forum much but float about on the TVR and general forums. Mate of mine has a 1997 MGF which he has not used for about 18 months. Just sorting it prior to selling and needs new headlamps but seems to me that the parts are stupid money. Anyone got some headlamps going spare he can buy or know a cheap place to pick some up?

Do they need replacing 'cos they've gone "milky"?If so I think one of the guys on MGCars.org has a contact in Birmingham who can re-silver them...
