1966 midget restoration

Hello to all
I've just acquired a 66 midget that's in need of some serious TLC. it goes and stops, but is pretty shabby.
It has sentimental value to the family and I would like to restore it.

Can anyone recommend a manchester/cheshire specialist to upgrade and renovate?
