at the moment i am feeling very glum i have bout my mg bgt and as it is the winter months i have had next to no chance to do anything to it any chance people could post there pictures of before and after so it will give me more of a insentive so i dont give up

I just drove my £1400 chrome bumper MGB GT from London to Manchester (230miles). Windy, awful weather-but the car didnt miss a beat and was remararkably comfortable. I absolutely fell in love with it...and so will you when your car is ready!

Hey

no pics as of yet i will get it off the axle stands at the weekend tho and post some of the pics

mainly at the point of stripping it all down then getting it ready so i can get the 2 new rear quaters on and the new sill

also are the rear quaters spot welded on?

not quite sure on how to remove them any help would most apreciated

I found an angle grinder the most useful !! Don't imagine there's any other way but cut out the rot!
Sorry, my pics are olde paper ones! But it took me a year to get a rusty old banger on the road again, and at times, seems like an eternal project..but keep it up, you'll get there eventually!
