V6 in ZS vs V6 in ZT

What is the difference between the two V6's apart from the BHP?
both are 2.5ltr so they should produce the same amount of power!

Or maybe I'm confusing with a different engine

Better standard induction & exhaust in Zt + different timing liberates more power from same engine.
