My wife bought an MG TF Sprint in September, following which she noticed that the car drifts off to the left. The car has been back to the dealer Swain & Jones four times. They have done all the usual checks and say that everything is as it should be, but nonetheless admit that there is a problem with the car pullling to the left. They have even got a technical manager from MG to look at the car. Following that last inspection the dealer now says that they do not propose to do anything to rectify the problem.
The interesting thing is that even their own demonstrator does the same thing, and a number of your subscribers have reported similar problems, but say that having changed the steering rack the problem has been fixed. It begs the question as to why the dealer/MG are not prepared to do anything to a new car under warranty. Perhaps Trading Standards might have something to say?!!!

Hi Peter
Sorry to hear about your problems with your wifes TF.

This is probably the best web resource for MGF/TF technical info.
