Do all the ZS 180's have the horrible colour unco-ordinated leather in them? I've been casually looking on autotrader and the ones that do come with interior pictures all seem to feature nasty bright blue or red half leather!!

Was it an optional extra or is it standard on all 180's?

Cheers

Standard sport trim in the ZS180, just like it was in the ZR160 and the ZT's.

If you go for a silver, grey or black car you will probably get dark grey inserts.

Alternatively some cars are trimmed in grey alcantara or full black leather.

Erm.

I have a Mk1 trophy blue ZS. It has half leather seats with trophy blue trim.

Well compared to the yellow MGs it's subtle beyond compare...

The ZS was never exactly subtle.

Rick,

There are actually quite a few options for seats on ZS180's

On cars up to 2003, all 180's had colour coded leather panels and flecked seat material.

On 2003 onwards cars, you could still get the colour coded seats but they became an option and the default was grey leather panels and a nice plain black material. There are also some security upgrades in 2003 models which mean it'll be easier to insure without fitting a tracker. I think at this point full leather and alcantara became options too so you might find a car with those although they are very rare.

The Mk2 ZS180 has different seats again.
