These are looking great value at the moment; <7k for a 2002 car from a dealer. SHBMO is worried about fuel consumption though; what should one expect for primarily surburban commute mimsing but with the occaisional motorway journey and B road thrash?

thanks

About 26mpg I guess, no less than that unless your foot is very heavy!

har har har. Our ZS180 averaged about 15-20 mpg across an entire tank of fuel (mix of town and country driving). Never managed to get more than 300 miles from a full tank even in fuel starvation mode!

my zs180 does about 25 round town driven easy and about 40 on a good run.

Just bought a 51 plate trophy blue 180 saloon, fsh, 30k on clock, sunroof and aircon, for £4150. What a bargain. I'll let you know fuel consumption in a few weeks when I'fe hooned it around a bit. Get it midweek, can't wait.

I get around 25 in normal town driving.. If I "enjoy" the car that goes down, the worst being around 16mpg Shame. I'd expect more power for that sort of consumption, but there we go.

31 MPG on my 25 mile trip that's roughly 8 miles in town and the rest cross country. And I'm not the lightest of drivers. Didn't think that was too bad for a 2.5 V6.

I have no problem emptying the tank in 250 miles.
