MGF INTERIOR LIGHTS NOT WORKING
Discussion
Hi all,
I own a 1998 MGF and tonight I thought I would have a quick look at why the oil temp gauge doesn't work. In doing so I accidentally touched the red wire against the black wire of the oil temp gauge and all the interior lights have now gone off, GREAT!
Please can anyone shed any light on the problem ,I'm assuming fuses but which one as the don't look blown!
please help,
cheers,
Kev

There are 2 fuse boxes, the mian one is under the bonnet on the passeneger side, and the other in the drivers footwell.
Both have diagrams on the underside on there lids to tell you which fuse does what.
I would start by checking fuse link FL1 and fuse 4 in the under bonnet fusebox and fuses F1 & F12 in the driver foorwell fusebox.
