Spotted - MG XPower SV-R

Yesterday on the M6 southbound I spotted an MG XPower SV (I think it was the 'R'). The registration was "M9 SVR (I think)" and it was a lovely orange colour.

I recognised what it was from a distance, despite this being only the 2nd one I've seen in ten years!

I didn't get any pictures I'm afraid as I was driving, but this is what it looked like. Anyone from here?



I tried to let on with a hazard-flash, but I was in the Q3 so the driver had good cause to ignore me

Oooooofff! One of my favourite cars ever. Made a huge impression on an 11 year old Bob at NEC motor show in 2003.
