MGB GT V8 fans
Discussion
So people of PH,
today, I found out that the cause (or at least part of the cause) of my GT V8's high temp in town driving, is the fact that one of the fans in front of the radiator stopped working.
Before having it fixed, I was wondering if there are better alternatives around?
Many thanks in advance!

Hi Alex,
If you have room between the front pulley and the rear of the radiator fit a twin puller fan. Kenlowe and Revotec are but two Co's that supply. The puller fans are much more efficient than pusher fans that block airflow where it's needed most; through the radiator.
Some Co's supplies poor fan mountings that use metal cable ties that pass through the radiator; don't use this type of mounting. Buy the fan kit complete with good solid mounts that use the existing radiator mounting holes.
Revotec can be seen here http://www.revotec.com/acatalog/MGB_Chrome_Bumper_... - although they state blowers for the V8, I have spoken with Revotec who confirmed they'll make a 'sucker' kit for me and ensure the air volume is at least equal to or greater than standard.
