72 Gan 5 Midget Rebuild . . .

getting to the end of this rebuild on a Heritage shell, and currently I am doing the carpet fitting, interior trim stuff.
can someone guide me on what covers the interior between the base of the hood frame pivot point and the door, I guess its the same vinyl as the door cappings and crash rail ?
Also !! the placement of the expansion tank. I have seen some on the inner wings, some by the rad, is the head height of this placement important ?
further also !!! the cowling that surrounds the rad, does that join the underside of the bonnet slam panel, or go over the top. It appears it can fit either way, but it would be better to get this right.

Standby for questions on fitting the Hood. . .that's next !!

Yes there's another piece of vinyl that runs down post behind the door. My rad cowl is under the bonnet slam panel and my expansion tank is on the panel to the right of the rad (from the front). Should be held by a strap that bolts through to the bracket that holds the infill panel. My tank has a recess for the strap so height is effectively fixed.
