MGF brake upgrade

I am looking to upgrade my MGF brakes. I have seen there is a larger 260mm disk that can be fitted with caliper spacers. Has anyone fitted this upgrade. (i can not fit the trophy brakes)
Can this also be done to the rear brakes to upgrade those to 260mm also
This all might seam strange but the car is not an MGF but an Ariel Atom as it uses the MGF brakes.
I think i can get 260mm 2 piece rotors fro Hi Spec but need caliper spacers
