Do you want a MGB or MGC shell, may have access to two MGC shells don't know the condition as yet, the C would make take a nice V8

Looking for a C GT shell. Mine is just going to take too much work for me to complete at the moment given time scale and resources, it's an option I'm considering if there's one out there that's better than mine.

Heres one I did earlier.Restored and modified during the late seventies for my then boss A Carter in Magdalen Norfolk. Spent a lot of time testing this to make sure there was plenty of room for the Lambo 400 Alloy rims to fit. Usual mods, negative on the front end, works torsion bars,retempered/decambered rear springs, with Koni's all round.Ex work competition O/D on a close ratio box, stage three engine on a pair of large SUs It was one very quick and nimble car, understeer? not a trace!

Any Mods who could possibly rotate the picture please as I have no idea why it should have moved. Many thanks.

Looks like a dowton to start with, sccr gearbox bet he had to have ear defenders on I do.
The understear that plagued the car at launch is easliy rectified even by correct tyre pressures.
I'm looking at a thrid C but no more spce to store it. Friend has two nice shells coming from switzerland so more and more are turning up and prices now rising fast.

Yep,was a Downton, box was fine though,we incorporated some decent sound deadening to counter it.
