MG ZT 1.8T 160+ - Buying Advice

Hi all... am hunting around for a new car and one of these has come up for what I think to be good value - It is a 2004 model with low mileage...

I travel on a busy "A" road, mainly a pretty steady 50-60mph... about 50 mile round trip..

I ideally want about 35-40mpg and wondered if anyone can tell me from experience if this is realistic.

I know the potential issues of a turbo on a K series and what to look out for in that aspect, but is there anything else specific to these to be wary of?
