tubular manifold with webber 45 ?
Discussion
I wouldn't even waste my time on the Weber.
Get a well set up pair of HIF38 or 44s depending on your engine by the sounds of your engine 38s would be fine and spend a bit of time with any of the various manuals on modifying them, taking any sharp projections from inside the carb especially butterfly screws etc, then match them to manifold and make sure gaskets aren't overlapping and match manifold to head.
You will have as much power at WOT as near as damn it, probably far more power through most of the rest of the rev range, much improved drivability and smoothness plus use less fuel.
However to answer your initial question most of the tubular manifolds should fit fine, you may have to relieve a little metal if the worst comes to the worst. Don't forget the flanges may be different thicknesses and will need stepped washers.
