Praise where priase is due

Here on PH we're not permitted to name and shame. However, I belive we are permitted to publicly praise?
Well, last week I ordered some parts from MOSS. They arrived on time but two of the smaller components had been missed off the order. I called MOSS on Monday confirming the mistake. The gentleman on the phone takes note and re-inputs order. 48 hrs later they arrive on time, the correct parts, qty et al...and here's the plus-side; there's no charge!
Admittedly the parts only came to £2.71, but sometimes it's good to see a Company take a logical approach to looking after the customer. Well done to MOSS.
