Anyone going to the MGC day near Oxford on Sunday

As title really, just wondered if anyones bringing out their C to the wildlife park on Sun?

If so come and see us, look for the dirtiest scruffiest Mineral Blue GT there with the UM badge on the front!

I'd love to. However, although I have a Mineral Blue 1969 manual GT in the garage, that garage is in the UK and I'm in Abu Dhabi!

It's a shame it was a nice day, I've never seen so many Cs together in one place, there were around 100 cars there, if you can think of a spec of C it was there, including RMO and a prototype model!

Very likely, was there a slight whiff of burnt oil in the air!

Ha, I was in the yellow GT a little way in front on my way to work, possibly just as oily!

Ah seen that round!! Looks a nice car! The red rubber bumper GT you'll have seen round was also ours, left us a few weeks ago, you'll be seeing my Midget or LE roadster on the road soon!

I do have a couple though off a phone too.

Some lovely motors there, not many rougher than mine but one or two! I did wish I had the Roadster finished, must get on to building the Manual overdrive gearbox this weekend, it's driving me mad this Auto box!
