Have a look either at the current dealer ads in 'Miscellany' or go to the Morgan Motor Co website and check the drop downs for each dealer.
At the mo, prices are very high
Just one question- why go for a car ( if you can find one) which has done such low mileage with that age? It can be a recipe for disaster. eg collapsed piston seals in the brakes, corrosion ( unless it has been in a humidity- controlled garage), seised engine and transmission parts etc
They really are cars which benefit from being driven and so long as what you buy hasn't been thrashed, why not look for a car with a bit more mileage

Just to give you an idea. Life's in Southport are currently advertising a 1999 car ( 4'6 engine) showing 8,450 miles for £35,950. I've not seen the car but Dave Randall has a good name as a fair guy to deal with so the price is probaly about right
The important thing is to check out the actual spec of THE PARTICULAR car becuase there is no such thing as a 'standard' Morgan

Apart from anything else, check:
*sensors ( some Mogs have a brake light switch driven hydraulically and they are notoriously dodgy
cat
*get underneath it and check the chassis etc- wehat is state oif cuprosol treatment. It may well have been Waxoyled, so have a scrape about re this

- tyres for flatting
- all fluids
- brakes for seizure

- At that era, it will have GEMS ignition and if this goes wrong it can be a major pain in the bum, so get it checked
