The rear of the early Aero's is a wooden frame.. this section of the chassis changed to aluminium on later models. The damage as you say does not look too bad, but do not underestimate the cost of repairing this type of damage..
IMHO this car has already exceeded it's actual value.... budget for replacing most pannels rear of the centre tub.
~£300 each - 2 x rear wings - These will not easily be repaired as the Superformed Ali is very strong
~£300 1 x boot lid
~£150 1 x Boot liner
~£100 1 x boot floor
~£50 (SH)1 x Exhaust rear sections - likely to be compressed on the rear bends
~£300 1 x rear wooden internal frame to hang the pannels on - assume snapped
~£50 1 x RHS Boot plastic golf bag mould - probbaly split
~£50 1 x LHS Boot Plastic tool holder - probably split
~£600 1 x rear end re-spray
SWAG £2-3k in parts + 2k Labor charges... £5-7k to complete.... and will be accident registered so never worth full value.
There may also be some possibility of Ali frame straightening required on the rear left... other than the wooden sections.
This is assuming no other damage... I cant see any front end or side damage from the pics.
Parts would be from a main dealer or factory only.. depending on availability... made in batches.
BTW... as a sanity check.. there is an Aero in the classified's (all be it non standard) which is £25k... and can be picked up for £35-40k SH on the open market. So in the end how much heart ache do you want to buy?
