Hello,

I've been trying to book some tickets for the centenary weekend at Cheltenham but the website is being less then friendly. I've got as far as the calendar, and can see the event listed, but can't see the elusive 'Buy Now' button anywhere! Can anybody shed any light on what I may be doing wrong?

Do I have to log in as a member first? I can't even see where to register as a new user!!

Thank you in advance,

Joe.

Register as a user (it's not obvious, and I can't remember exactly how I did it) and they you have the option to buy.

Still making it this complicated should keep the riff raff out I suppose!!!! wink

I'm still looking for a pair of tickets to dinner as I have a rather pressing need to be at the do, so if anyone has a couple of tickets going for the black tie do then drop me a pm on here.

What are you trying to suggest by 'Riff Raff'?!!! wink

Seriously, it's driving me nuts. I want to buy a full weekend ticket, and a camping pitch, so my son and I can have a good fun weekend away, but the ******* computer just won't let me buy anything!

PLEASE can someone tell me how to do it.

I am genuinely close to givng up. frown

ok try this.

go to morgan-motor.co.uk
click on the link in the homepage (bottom left option in centeneray orange and black banner) - buy weekend tickets.

on the next page, scroll down and select 2 tickets (assuming 2 of you going) and click the orange button. (book / reserve this event)

On the next page click buy now
on the next page, assuming you have not registered before - enter your email address, leave password box blank and click confirm (do not fill in any other details)

Assuming you ahve not registered before, nothing happens (nice design!) and you then fill in the rest of the form and press submit at the bottom and follow through for payment.

If it doesn't work post again and we'll sort it out.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

That worked seamlessly. I swear on my life that nothing was present below the calendar (the boxes for buy/reserve now) before tonight.

Thank you once again, it looks as though we will be going after all!
