To be unveiled in Monaco next year

The Morgan Motor Company has announced that it will be showing their new V6 model at Top Marques Monaco, the luxury motoring event taking place in April 22-25, 2004.

Mathew Parkin, Sales and Marketing Director of the Morgan Motor Company said; “The new V6 combines the traditional Morgan shape with a 230 HP engine, and replaces the +8 model. The car will go into production in March 2004, which means that the Top Marques event will provide us with the first opportunity to show the actual model to the world .”

David Bagley, Managing Director of TOP MARQUES, Monaco said: ‘We are delighted that Morgan will be unveiling it’s new V6 at Top Marques. This event will show case the worlds’ rarest, most exotic, luxurious and high performance vehicles and Morgan is an internationally recognised leader in that category. In addition to viewing the world’s Top Marques at this event, visitors may also be able to test drive models around Monaco.”

I assume we're talking Ford V6 unit here - couldn't find anything on the Morgan homepage about the new car...anyone know better?
