Hi all,

I posted an email here yesterday indicating that a well-known Morgan internet newsletter was updated. I received an unsigned Pistonheads email advising me that;

Your topic 'Mogwire' has been removed for the following reason: Sorry but the web link is full of ads, not something that PH wishes to promote.
Outside of the fact that the site in question accepts no advertisements whatsoever, this forum in Pistonheads has constant referrals to other Morgan sites. Is there a special agenda here that I am missing?

Who is the Moderator for this forum? Can they come forward?

rofl You got to be kidding!

There must be some innocuous answer. I have far more faith in stupidity than evil intent. smile

Deep in the Terms and Conditions it has a link to the Posting Rules at http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/rules.htm, and in there it says: Please address all queries relating to moderation to Paul Garlick (paul.garlick@pistonheads.com)

And thanks for the original 'heads up'.

I always find 'mogwire' very informative; it's great to know when it is updated.

I do like the information on the first SLR and hope I'll get the chance to see two of these models together. So far I 'only' saw Keith Ahlers' car at the Circuit de Spa Francorchamps.

I seem to remember having seen Adrian van der Kroft's on track somewhere - I think it's unpainted aluminium. That looks impressive too. But not seen it around for a while.

Who knows, all three on the same track may be a possibility.

I think it is a certainty at some point, with Adrian's being the only question mark. I shall inquire when the opportunity arises in the next few week. As well, the Triumph SLR is in contact and will likely join them.

It is unlikely to happen during this summer. Keith Ahler's SLR will be invited to the Pebble Beach Concours in August.
