from now on, they put a new type of the 3litre ford engine in the roadster,
slightly less power, better ecological/tax results
librands hasn't yet made the new remap
we will allready mount their sport-exhaust

thanks to the slightly less power, we have to pay 2500 euro less registration-tax smilesmilesmile

I didn't know there was a new engine again.

Last year (July) they chose a new engine (CSG630) 150kW, 225 g/km CO2 (instead of > 230 g and 166kW For the Series 1) for the Series 2 Roadster.

What will be the figures for your engine?

I do like the black hard top. Today I saw a Battleship Grey 4/4 with a black hard top in Duesseldorf during the 4/4 Sport launch in Germany. Very nice too.

They are Bloody good cars. I race against alot of them in the Thoroughbredsportscar.com Championships (they were lumped into our class a few years back and we (in the most highly modded TR6's and Jag D-Types) struggle to beat them) most of the times (and our 6 is about as modded as you can get (bar loosing a bit more weight). We give away 15 - 25bhp and a chucnk of torque and they are about the same weight and simialr brakes and tyres.

I have some race vids some where with some in no doubt.

See Jonathan Ross has one with Bling Wires on.

Of the shots below - it have to be the black car with black wheels and hardtop;)

first I'll try to get used to driving it on the road
meanwhile I'm following a course (lessons) on driving on a circuit with my MINI
and this monday I'm going to the Nuerburgring

when I'm ready, the Morgan will go to the track
on a dry day even on the Nordschleife

really racing: no thanks
I' race mountainbikes (marathons like Grand Raid Cristalp)

when I'm 40, and got bored of the bike-races,
then I'll probably buy an old +4 to race stuff like "tour de france" etc.
(hopefully)

when the hardtop is on I'll take the headrests off,
to make the orange less visible from behind
