Aero 8 - the way forward?
Discussion
Hi
I guess it will be mostly positive comments but what are the things you would say to a prospectve buyer about the Aero 8? I have been advised that a "series 2" is the best option due to more room. What should a prospective buyer look out for in the second hand market and what should I avoid?
Thanks
Graham

I look forward to seeing you there Jeffsy; why not come along to the January TM Get-together and then you can talk to owners with all Aero Series being represented.
BrianId love to but may not be able to. I have some eye surgery booked in for the 10th which may mean I cant drive for upto 5 days!

Hi Jeffsy,
Well, I have just ventured into the Morgan forum as I'm planning to get a newish Roadster to complement the Griff, and was surprised to find a face that I knew on here.
Sorry to hear the tiv may have to go, but the Aero8 looks a real beast, and hopefully reliable. Will you still go to the TVR meets?

One of the best trait of the Aero 8 - solidly reliable, goes like stink - and pretty much one of the rarest / most unique cars on the road - 100% british (ok with a german engine) fine engineering, attention to detail and a distinctive look.
When I drove to the south of france last year, I arrived at the hotel to find a new F430 sypdder parked out front. The doorman went in and moved it round the back so the Aero could go out front. He said - this improves the image of my hotel - that does not....
