Factory Dealings

I'm never that successful when trying to contact people at the factory. They always seem to be out, on lunch or in a meeting.

Anyone got any secrets to getting hold of the right people? IS there a code word or something?!

I emailed [e-mail] when enquiring about hiring a mog even though i wasnt old enough (21 instead of the quoted 25). Got a rapid response and she was very nice

They shouldn't be that difficult to get a hold of. Andrea is very good as mentioned above. I did have a contact email for the chairman (I met him on the factory tour and he gave me his car in case I needed a favour). The sales chap was certainly a busy person but very very helpful and attentive.
