What model is it and does anyone know the car?

Hi, was perusing the classifieds etc and came across this car which looked OK at first glance although second glance highlighted what appears to be a lot of microblisters on the paintwork.

There's a discussion on going about whether it's a 4/4 (V5c & MoT) or a Plus 4 (Morgan Car Co letters).

Looks to be a bit tired underneath?

Its not a 4/4, its actually a plus4 but still using the narrower chassis of the 4/4, the Fiat twin cam was used at the relaunch of the +4 and built between 1985 & 1988 only, it used the gearbox and clutch from the +8. The wider body and track of the +8 were not adopted for the +4 until 1992.
