My New Morgan 3 Wheeler (Shmee Wheeler)
Discussion
Just been up to the factory to collect my new toy, a 2014 3 Wheeler which should be perfect for the summer and so far I'm really enjoying it!
I've not put many miles on it have gone straight from the factory back to home before going to Dub Customs to wrap it in 3M blue to match my McLaren, which in its own is an interesting thing given quite how polar opposite the two cars are.
It was a fascinating experience visiting Malvern, totally the opposite of McLaren, my last visit being last week down the P1 production line. Seeing how it's all manually done from start to end with the cars moving down the hill. It really makes the brand feel special to be a part of.
Here's the car as it is now, I'm sure there are going to be fun adventures ahead!
Plenty more pictures will follow too. Thanks

I hope your experience is better than mine. With your high profile this could be a very embarrassing interlude for MMC.
I'm sorry that things didn't work out for you, but so far everything has been great! Lining it all up, factory tour, collection, and the first 300+ miles now. Looking forward to the rest of the summer at the moment.Duke Thrust said:
Yes, I love being a special part of brands too.
Why, only the other day I wiped my backside and though "wow, Andrex is a brand that makes me feel special. My arse too."
To be honest I just stick with Tesco own... HahaWhy, only the other day I wiped my backside and though "wow, Andrex is a brand that makes me feel special. My arse too."
My experiences this year with McLaren and Morgan have been so much more involving than buying another generic Audi or BMW, it makes it all worthwhile.

it will be interesting to see which one you use the most !
there's very few cars as involving as the three wheeler...
full on laugh out loud motoring.
I over took a police 5 series the other week , tooted on the claxon and he gave me a double thumbs up ! we were both laughing !
As stupid as it is, I'm really enjoying driving the M3W in London. The thing is a car like the 12C is fun in town but totally useless in reality - just that it's more fun to sit in traffic in a McLaren than in a 'boring' car if you have to have the choice. The M3W however totally engages everyone, kids point at it, and just about everyone asks about it and sticks thumbs up!there's very few cars as involving as the three wheeler...

Congrats on the car, love the (new) colour.
Interesting to see the handover you got, especially for a used (?) car. I actually learnt a few things about mine.
Not sure that the gauge really shows the battery temperature as Nick Baker seems to think... Although that could be a MY14 feature that I'm not aware of
Interesting that he took the cowl off in the video, but we didn't see him put it back on ;-) and in your later video you declined to take it off again, saying its a two man job
Please note what he said about filling the petrol tank. If you brim the tank you are likely to have engine issues such as stalling until the level drops a bit.
Incidentally, how are you finding the petrol gauge? On the pre MY14 cars, "0%" actually means 50% left. A lot of us have changed the sensor for a longer one (simple fix... one wonders why the factory didn't do it). Maybe the MY14 has had this resolved.
I bought a helmet for mine like you, but only tried it once and it's been gathering dust since then. You can't hear the exhaust, which is a huge part of the fun of driving it
Last thing - the chassis is not made of wood...
