Difficult to put a price on it, depends on condition, whether you sell it privately or to the trade etc, but I would say give or take a couple of thousand... 17k.
As Wacky Racer says history, provenance, condition and process of sale will materially affect values. The owners club might well be prepared to some offer advice because genuine cars with real history are always sought after by Morgan enthusiasts. I think WR is probably on the money with his valuation. Best of luck with the sale.Steffan said:

£15 - 17k would probably be close, particularly if its in good condition with an MOT and history including recent use.
Have a look at some of the dealer sites. Lifes is southport usually have a decent selection. They would probably try to sell it on commission for you too.
You could also speak to Kevin vernon at Tudor motor bodies in Market Drayton, he will probably give you some good advice regarding the market for your car - he is not a trader so will be impartial.
I sold my '88 4/4 4 seater last year with a similar mileage for this kind of cash, Cars of this age are popular in australia, mine now lives in Brisbane!
