An acquaintance has what I believe is a late '80s/early '90s 4 seater on wires which is 1.5 owners and only covered about 4k miles.
The rest of time it has been dry stored.
Given their current situation they are interested in selling it.
It will be MOT'd prior to sale.
Any suggestions as to where they might advertise it and for how much greatly appreciated.
Does engine type/capacity affect the price?
It does have a rather attractive personal plate but I assume it will be best to sell that separately?
Thanks. Pewe.

It might be best to chat to some dealers about prices. Lifes motors in southport have a late 80's 4 seater up for about 17k at the moment, Most of the established franchises will probably sell on commission for you, and also may have a list of potential buyers waiting for the right car.

it it tempting to "price up" a low mileage car, but typically low mileage cars have issues - things like it still being on orignal tyres, whcih will need replacing, various rubber components will have perished/degraded.

My own car had covered 18k miles in its first 19 years, personally I would prefer to see a car thats had regular use.

in terms of advertising, theres classifieds here, also have a look over on talkmorgan.com. The Morgan sports car club have a monthly magazine, which has classifieds
