Replacement spotlight glass?

Looks like a Cibie Oscar driving light. You may find it needs a whole new unit, as the reflector and glass will be in one piece.
Somewhere like Holden might find you the right part, Google is probably your best bet, I bought some Cibie headlights a couple of years ago over the internet, cant remember the supplier off the top of my head.
ETA: these were the suppliers of my cibie headlights, no idea if they have the driving lights you have. I guess units may have changed if the car is older! but have a look here Larkspeed
