Leaf Spring Help

Hi, I'm after some advice.

The leaf springs on my 1995 +8 (70,000miles) are showing their age. I think they need replacing. The questions are:

Is it a big job to replace the springs?
Is it something that could be done at home in the garage (I have replaced the odd sheared U bolt in the past) or does it need a lot of special kit?
Has anyone here done it or had it done for them?

Try John Worrall at Heart of England Morgans ( but don't go mucking about removing one of the standard number of spings- it can have all sorts of 'interesting' ramifications.

Thanks for the info. Looks posibly do-able with some help from my dad. I'll also have to clear out the garage first to make room for the work.
