14cux pin 3 - 5volt supply TPS

Hi does anyone know the internal circuitry for pin 3 please. My TPS failed and I have replaced it with an AS5600 Hall effect. It works but it draws too much current causing the volts on pin 3 to drop to 3.6v. My solution will be to disconnect pin 3 from the "TPS" and supply it with its own 5v supply but before I do that I thought I would ask. Does the 14cux have any other 5v outputs?
