Does anyone have any experience of replacing the existing headlamps with pods similar to that on the Tuscan .Do Xenon lamps really make a significant improvement over existing lamps??

I've seen the results on Clive's Griff (Zertec man) and it's dramatically better than the old candle units. Ted (With candles powering his S4's lamps...)

Yeah, they're like flash bulbs -- only always on.

I've had the conversion done - I have to keep them on dip because they are so bright. If you post your email address, I'll send you a picture if you want to see how they look

mmm THB your conversion seems to be using a removable pod? is it reversable.. I understood the zertec conversion was moulded in to the body. Dare i ask how much.. then the only prob is if it is a different conversion to Zertec, does anyone other than TC do it... Questions questions...

Graham-the pods I have been offered are moulded into the body and the wing repainted -different to those from TC who fit the pod in place of the existing lamp. As regards alternative suppliers Webbs Auto's in Nailsea nr Bristol will do the whole thing including the supply of either Halogen or Xenon lamps but its quite expensive around a grand. They also offer replacement of all the coloured plastic light covers ie stop lamps ,indicators etc with clear(white)covers and coloured bulbs. I can give you the phone number if your're interested.

Graham-speak to Jason on 01275 858461 -tell him I recommended him.As regards the rear lamp covers he says they carefully cut these away exposing the lenses which can then be changed.Covers are then refitted and sealed

You don't need to remove the acrylic covers, the Fiesta light clusters can be removed fron inside the boot (has your man done one before?) Clive Reed Zertec Limited info@zertec.co.uk www.zertec.co.uk

Sorry - the computer guys here at work did some 'housekeeping' on my PC and deleted the only digital picture I had. I'll try and get hold of another one unless one of the guys I sent it to has still got a copy.
