Anyone fitted different steering wheels at all?? Silly question I know, but who has fitted what??

I want to change from the standard wheel to something a little different, but with the same grip characteristics - what types will do the trick??

Thanks in advance

I've had my steering wheel re-covered in purple leather with magnolia stitching, sexy! The standard 3 spoke wheel does suit the car well.
Has anyone put a Cerbera s/wheel on their Chim, the hub looks the same, and there would be some more buttons to find a use for??!
Just a thought.

I quite fancy the look of the wheels they seem to be fitting to the Tamora. Same fitting as far as I can tell, but just a bit /nicer/.

I have fitted a MOMO race steering wheel on mine, similar to the original but brushed alloy so looks really good with the dial rims and buttons etc, just lightens it up a bit.

You could go for a ultra-light carbon fibre wheel...

I've fitted a Momo wheel which lightens it up a lot from the all-black original. Trouble is they don't fit the hub and the Momo hub adapter(also fits Vauxhall Vectra) is a colapsable saftey one that pushes the wheel back towards you. In some ways it's easier to get in & out & easier to hold onto on rough surfaces, but I think I'd prefer to go back to original position.

Anyone know if Momo do a short version adaptor?
