Electrical Mystery - Please help!

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on the following problem.... When I turn the ignition on (or start my Chimp 450 (97 P-reg)) it decides to have its windscreen wippers on and the indicators on full (not intermitant) both left and right. The horn makes the indicators flash and the main beam /Full beam doesn't work - just the side lights. I have checked the fuses and the relays....... Any other ideas!

sounds like a bad earth.....if you have the bible use it to find the earth locations otherwise take your wallet to your local specialist
