Fuse box & wiring loom "spaghetti"
Discussion
Having to recently charge the battery on my 4.0L HC. I had to pull feet of wiring loom "spaghetti" & fuse box out of the footwell compartment before I could get to the battery terminals.
Surely the wiring & fuse box should be somewhat neater than this - any advice on tidy up procedures.

Best 'tidy up' procedure is to put it back just like you found it and hope everything still works!

Mine is just the same. The EMU and half a dozen relays are stuffed in around the battery. Only the stiffness of the loom really holds them in place. Arrangement is crap, but having said that, it hasn't given any problems so far. When shoving it all back into place, I check that the relays and connectors that have been disturbed are still plugged in properly, and try turning all the elctrics on and off with fingers crossed to see if anything has been knackered.
