1. Check that your car really does have heated seats. Look for a cable underneath the seat. Not unknown for it to be claimed and not fitted and vice versa. If you are trying to switch them off than skip this.
2. Look in the owner's handbook. TVR have the habit of frequently changing the control for this and it could be as I explained in the bible almost anywhere but the owner's handbook should help. Prbably in the section on heating/air con and ventilation.

My 96 Chim also has a switch directly behind the ignition switch and I am not aware of any alternate placement.
The heat is pretty subtle. I only discovered I had heated seats when the weather cooled off. They had been on all summer, which helps to explain why I sweated like a pig so often
