Has anyone here ever replaced (all or part of) the interior on a Chim?

I'm considering replacing my rather worn red carpets with somewhat more tasteful black versions. Anyone any idea of cost? And feasibility for a DIY project?

I'd like to do the same will the leather but suspect that will cost a lot more!
