Chim hood cover. Most secure?

I have seen many posts about Chim hood covers and car covers. My question is slightly different. In your opinion, which is the most secure? Which of the many available deters theft/vandalism the best?

Views/experiences would be very much welcomed. As another thread by me has stated, I will be leaving my pride and joy (when I get it) on the road in a dodgy area and so the car cover will ease my stress and worry.

The Leven top cover is reasonably secure (as a vinyl thing ever will be), being trapped by the bonnet and boot and I like mine. Pain in the arse to fold and store though...specially when wet. Doesn't get used as much as it should
