Two gutter bolts...?

Underside of door, toward trailing edge. What do these particular classy fasteners hold (or, if like mine they spin freely, what are they not holding)?

Two bolts alongside each other (cross head screwdriver type)? These hold the window guides. A single bolt of the same type can be found above the door striker holding the top of the guide in place.

Lets assume you need some new nuts. Take the speaker out of the door and break your arm in two places to gain full access

Yep the two bolts hold the middle window guide - the bit to which the window is physically attached, rather than the channels front and back. I suspect that things may get a touch experimental if that guide comes adrift...
