Rear Shocks

Price a pair of rear shocks today for a '97 P 4.0 Chim. Told they were £195 plus VAT EACH. (TVR part no. C0198). Has anyone got the Bilstein part number to order them direct through a motor factor etc? These are oil filled and one has burs a seal and is leaking oil. Anyone else had this problem.

That sounds mighty expensive - you're not far off the price of nitrons I reckon. Ask around for alternatives before you go for standard items, I sure you can do better.

'Bout right. I think you will find that they are a special made for TVR exclusively and that you can only get them from TVR.

Also can be worth looking into AVOs from Peninsular or Tower View ?
