Havent driven the TVR for a week now and getting major withdrawl symptoms. Havent had chance to drive it this week due to the weather (OK, so I am a whimp) and the distance (OK, so I am tight).

Stroll on the weekend. Time for a blast. Anyone else in the same boat? Who's going to be brave enough to have the roof off? Come on, own up you lot...

Cheers,

Paul

Have been driving every day but am going down to Biggin Hill to get 'er indoors Christmas present tommorow.

Will be braving the elements with the roof off, mainly because it hasnt been off for a couple of weeks.

Cant wait!

Go in the garage when the wife`s gone to bed and just sit there and imagine - not as good as the real thing but helps with the withdrawl symptoms ... not that I can speak from personal experience you understand....

I`d love to but my little baby is a bit ill and she`s gonna be heading to Fernies on a low loader.

If only I had that sort of money to chuck about!

Nah, there is apparently a very good Import bike place down there and we are going to have a look.

Hi Fraser.

I seem to have hit a pothole on the A12
(At the posted speed limit officer) and damaged the suspension. The bump knocked the passenger rear view mirror off and the front suspension seems a bit knackered so I`m taking no chances..

I say seem to have hit cause at more than 40mph the candles don`t work well enough to see very far in the dark...

It`l be ready by the next meet tho I reckon so I`ll be at the Hurdlemakers in Jan - Will u be there ? have you been b4 ?

Hey Fraser,

Down , on to the North Circular and then the A12 slowing down at each Gatso err… maintaining a steady 40-50 until I get to the A13.

Went to Bluewater a fortnight ago. Glad I got there before 9:30 cos when I left at 11:00 the traffic was backed up to the M25 and it can only get worse.

Where abouts are you ?

Jason F… where on the A12 ?

Drive mine all through the winter, but I'm wimpish about the roof, obviously need a better / / .
I was out with my sister in her mini today, though, and we saw a Griff - PetrolTed, how about a Pistonheads sticker which says "my other car's a TVR"? it'd look great on a mini...

I had "my other car's a TVR too" on my Wedge before I damaged the bodywork at Goodwood. Must get round to replacing the sticker this winter!

Come on Paul - I drove from New Mills in Derbyshire to Coventry last Saturday - top down all the way - including going through the freezing clouds at the peaks (with a hangover)! Alright so I needed a warm drink and meal by the time I got to Cov and I had the top up from there to Kent, but you've got to give it a go haven't you
