ive got an early chim if i brake from 80mph to zero and accellerate again by the 3rd time the pedal is solid poss servo empty? is this norm? all pads etc o.k.

Sounds like brake fade to me, as the pads go off it takes more and more force on the pressure, feels like the pedal is getting heavier and heavier.

If it was fade I'd expect the pedal to be spongy.

One thing it could be is if the brake master cylinder isn't returning to the proper stop position, then there's nowhere for any expansion of the fluid to escape to.
I made this mistake on my first ever car. If you keep on going, the expansion causes the brakes to lock on in the end!

Unless you know what you're doing, I would get a professional to check that out (if this is the problem)
