Can anyone help me source a rear view mirror, or better yet the Clip that holds the passenger mirror to the side of the car. Mine hit a nasty bump the other night and snapped the clip....

Interior mirror? Dunno. Wing mirror, Citroen dealer or TVR dealer.

Cheers,

Mine broke the three legged metal thing that holds the mirror to the part that screws into the door - if you have tried this you will know what I mean!

Had it replaced by a TVR dealer who did me the part only! Normally the mirror is a complete part that cannot be broken apart (and before anyone says this is normal for almost ALL car companies). However, Castle TVR had some broken mirrors from body shop jobs they have done recently and managed to salvage the part!

Maybe you can speak to a dealer that does body shop work and ask them for some help. Castle TVR are good, but suspect you are no where near them! If you can take the part into the dealer and see if they have one...

Cheers,

Paul

Go to a TVR dealer for the door mirrors and parts but I think the interior rear view mirror is from a Peugeot 205.

Mine got assisted in its failure when someone tried to make off with my car cover. The stub had sheared off the bottom of the mirror frame, rather than the three pronged part.

I managed to fix it with some "Fix metal for good!" I had no luck with "Super Epoxy Metal" for some reason.
