OK so I'm sure its been asked before, and I haven't really taken a good look at it yet ......

I need to replace a headlight bulb. I seem to recall that this is supposed to involve unsealing the rear of the light pod in order to get access to the bulb and then resealing it afterwards.

Anybody confirm what to do + where I can get this sealant from ?

Is it worth replaceing with some different type of bulb for better visibility ?

Cheers

Phil

you can get any type of silicone sealer from a hardware shop (clear or black) and I put 100W bulbs in my Griff...still pants though. I remember an old bikers adage that referred to Joe Lucas as "the Prince of Darkness",he must have made the lights for TVR too

I've recently replaced a front indicator bulb. It's the same procedure as for the headlamps.
You need to unscrew the panel in the wheel arch and reach in!
If you're going to your dealer to get the bulb I'd get him to do it and save the hassle!
