How the eff do these Heated seats work?

Recently bought a 98 Chim 450 with heated seats but do not understand how they operate, looked in the TVR manual no suprise nothing in there. Any ideas?
Also need to replace a sticking seat belt, could do with knowing where there from?

Mine have a switch, just like the boot release switch on the right side of the steering column, just after the binnacle trim finnishes (sorry that is clear as mud but I can't think of a better way of describing it!). The single switch works both seats and is either on or off. No half heat settings here. Reliability hasn't been their strong point in my Chimp. Passenger one works fine, the driver's in knackered. There is no justice! If yours work you will be in no doubt... they get very warm.
