To quote Steve Heath from his most excellent book "... there are no colour charts and TVR have painted the cars any colours customers wanted." "The answer to finding the actual paint colour used lies in the body code. This code is engraved on the serial number plate in the engine bay" First number describes paint type, second number is an ICI paint code identifying the colour. So sayeth the great man.
