One thing I''ve noticed since taking delivery of my Chimaera is the almost complete lack of lateral support from the standard seats. Has anybody else found this and done something about it? That is to say, can you get replacement seats with better support to fit, or are they all too wide? I notice that the 2001-spec Chimaera has far better seats (http://www.pistonheads.com/tvr/chimaera/2001/) - I wonder if these can be ordered for retro-fitting (although I wouldn''t like to guess the price!) Try McDonalds. 2 big macs a day for 3 months ought to make the seats a much better fit! Actually I think Zertec do some seats, though their website is well overdue for an update so you probably won't get much joy from that.

You are right the website is in need of an update (due very soon). The seats are in production and, when PetrolTed returns from Scotland, there will be pictures and details on pistonheads along with the Monaco hood cover. Clive Reed Zertec Limited info@zertec.co.uk www.zertec.co.uk
